Here is the latest update on the work being done at Gulfstream Views:
Security fence is in place
Site work is in progress
Site grading is in progress
Site utilities are in progress
Footing/foundation construction is in progress
Temporary power is in place on site
Plumbing work is in progress
Masonry work is in progress
Sewer drainage system installation is in progress
Piles are in place
Retaining wall is in progress

Gulf Stream Views has 3 pre-construction sales in at FULL PRICE while the site is moving and shaking at high build speeds.
This fabulous waterfront location is an unbelievable buy being very well received and will likely sell out over its 18 month additional build cycle.

Temporary water completed 100% and has been onsite as of 3/5/19
Temporary electric completed 50% and is anticipated to be complete as of 5/24/19
Palm trees were relocated and being stored at the 301 SE 1st Ave job site
Clearing and grubbing completed 100%
Building Pad completed 70% in preparation for pile installation
Retaining wall lower section of two-tiered wall will be complete by next week
Utilities and drainage installation 40%
December 11, 2018
Pending final comments from building department (expected week of 9/17), design team will resubmit to building department with all necessary revisions.
Palm trees have been removed from site and relocated off-site with irrigation and maintenance.
The Platt has been recorded and PBC is assigning us an address on Old Ocean Boulevard - which will be great for our marketing.
