Update on Adagio I and II

Two of the four Hancock units are complete and are in final punch list.  The road and sidewalks will be completed by the end of the month and all units will be complete by the end of June. Staging is set to finish in the next two weeks. One unit is under contract at $2.525 m.

May 13, 2019

The Hancocks are finishing nicely and are nearing final completion. 

Units 2 & 3 final completion will be the first week of May and then the builder will begin the punch list phase.

March 21, 2019

Hancock is now closing in on 100% finishing. 

Unit 2 is finishing this month while unit 3 is right behind it. 

All units are expected to be complete by the end of April!

Adagio I is largely occupied with just 4 more units to go. 

Adagio II is wrapping up nicely with all City sheetrock closure inspections for Framing, Insulation, Plumbing, Electric, and HVAC roughs in the remaining 3 homes not sheet rocked yet.
