Update on 1070 Bergen St

At 1070 Bergen St, the rear extension walls are built. Once façade framing is completed zip wall will be installed and interior framing of the extension will start.
June 18, 2019
The building of the rear extension, CMU walls is ongoing and we are at the 2nd floor deck. The project is at 75% completion and estimated to be completed by mid-July. At that time the Rough Electric & Sprinklers will start.
This four condominium building is in high demand!

The Interior framing is moving nicely and we still are on track to finish in early May!

All Footings have been poured and the foundation is complete at 1070 Bergen Street!

Interior framing is about 50% complete at 1070 Bergen Street! It’s estimated to finish soon!

The interior light-gauge framing is underway at 1070 Bergen Street!

Structural reinforcement of the existing joists is completed at 1070 Bergen Street!
We are now digging the extension footings and will start placing rebar in the footings next week for the rear property extension.
