Update on 143 Summit St
July 19, 2019
At 143 Summit St, under pinning is complete and we are finishing backfilling in the backyard and sanding the first floor as per schedule. Waterproofing in bathrooms will be done soon, allowing tile to follow spray right away and be completely installed by Mid-August.
June 26, 2019
The interior stairs are all now installed. Sheetrock taping is ongoing and scheduled to be completed soon.
On the exterior we are almost done with front Façade brownstone and we are at 90% completion on the brick restoration.
May 13, 2019
At 143 Summit Street, rough electric is estimated to be completed by end of this week. Insulation has been completed. Sheet rock in progress.
January 8, 2019
We are on track with Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineers and everything going well.
December 9, 2018
This project is still under Stop Work Order; waiting on a re-inspection date FOR CLEARANCE BY MONTH END.
