Update on 640 Baltic St

At 640 Baltic St, Framing phase II was completed last week and all windows are now installed. Rough electric started July 10th and is estimated to be done by beginning of August.  Once completed we will begin rough sprinklers.

We are making significant process as  the new roof has been installed, and new Interior stairs installation will be completed soon

Great news for 640 Baltic Street!

We finished building the construction Fencing and are officially underway with structural Framing.

We recently received full permit approvals at 640 Baltic Street!

Our final meeting for permit approval for 640 Baltic Street is scheduled for this Monday, Dec. 3rd. We will send out the permit package following this meeting. 

Furthermore, the hard wired sprinkler system has been installed throughout the building and the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) plans are now finalized.
