Stair footings will be installed at the beginning of next week for the first 8 units. Core drilling for electric and gas at units 1-8 will follow while electrical meters and sweeps are run in each unit. We are pushing hard to get the asphalt driveway done which is a huge milestone for sales.

6 of the first 8 homes at Logan 23 were fully erected with windows installed. The last two units in phase I are currently being erected and should be completed this week.

Phase I foundations are 100% complete.
The builder is now beginning phase II excavation on 11/20. They are moving rapidly to finish before the end of the year so they can begin framing on Phase I of the project on January 2nd of the new year.
The builder will also pour the asphalt driveway for staging by the end of year before the pant closes.
