Update on 494 7th St

July 10, 2019

At 494 7th St. sistering and reinforcing of the existing joists along with bulkhead and roof framing are ongoing and estimated to be completed by end of July. Then interior framing phase I and zip wall install will start to be completed by end of August. Once framing is completed rough plumbing and HVAC will start.
