At 377 Degraw St. we are building the extension walls and demolition of rear wall is completed. Framing on the extension is now on going.

June 21, 2019

This week we will install the I-Beams for the Fire Escape, once finished the facade framing can start. HVAC and plumbing subcontractors will be back to finish their rough scope of work They are currently at 75% completion and estimated to be completed by mid-July. Upon completion the Rough Electric & Sprinklers will start.

May 13, 2019

Con Ed is bringing in new service and the new roof will go on immediately after the addition is complete.

The extension slab at 377 DeGraw Street has been poured and the structural steel framing is complete.

Work is progressing nicely at 377 DeGraw Street!

The concrete block installation, aka Concrete Masonry Unit (or “CMU”) installation, started on the rear extension wall. Furthermore, the interior light-gauge framing began.

Structural reinforcement of the existing joists is completed at 377 DeGraw Street!
