Update on 227 Berkeley
July 19, 2019
At 227 Berkley place, Trim phase I was completed along with priming of all walls/ceiling and tiling on all the units. Hardwood flooring install has also started on the job and kitchens and vanities cabinets are estimated to be ready by first week of August.
June 18, 2019
Tile and phase I of trim have started and are estimated to be done before July 15th. Once those are complete we could start priming the walls and ceiling.
The property will now be finishing with :
Wolf/Subzero appliance package
Custom Italian cabinetry with quartz countertops and full quartz kitchen backsplash
Engineered hardwood flooring throughout
Full height marble tile in the in master baths
Large format porcelain tile in the secondary baths
Kohler plumbing fixtures
Sierra Pacific windows
Complete façade restoration

Work has been going in a good pace and ahead of schedule. On the exterior, we are looking to start installing the roofing by end of next week. While on the interior we started sheet rocking the building last week

Interior framing and bulkhead framing is officially complete at 227 Berkeley Place!

We picked up full building permits for 227 Berkeley Place and expect to start interior framing phase 1 soon!
