Update on 184 Lincoln Pl

July 18, 2019

At 184 Lincoln place, the retaining wall and fence in the back patio were completed last week. Final subcontractors punch list process will start this week. We are estimating to start the final clean finishing by 1st week of August.

 

June 18, 2019

Final paint touch up is wrapping up by end of this week. In the rear yard fence install is scheduled on Monday June 24th.  Once that is complete, landscaping and tile will go in the back patio the following week.  We are also starting to begin all final inspections with the DOB.

Work has continued to progress nicely at 184 Lincoln Place!

All windows are installed and Phase 1 of painting is complete! Additionally, installation of window trim and hard wood flooring is underway. Following this, the kitchen cabinets will be installed.
