Interior: Cabinetry at 75%, master bath tile underway, interior trim at 80%, interior trim and door paint prep underway, countertops under contract, Interior tile complete, wood floor repair underway.
Exterior: Balcony paver install at 75%, exterior painting at 50%, stone repair and replacement complete, Irrigation and underground sleeves complete.

July 19, 2019

The latest update on 344 N Ocean Blvd Delray Beach is 90% of the tile complete. Precast structure install is currently in progress. Waterproofing for all terraces is complete and exterior pavers is ready to begin.

June 26, 2019

Great progress at 344 N Ocean Blvd. The tile is finishing up nicely and precast columns are being delivered and installed.

344 N. Ocean Blvd. is progressing nicely.

After painting the exterior, exterior pavers will be installed and then the landscaping will be next. That will then be the turning point to finishing the project!
