The basin is finished.  The units will be set five units at time and take an estimated five weeks per unit group. Completion to set all units is estimated at sixteen weeks to set all town homes.  Podium Steel will be installed after setting the townhomes

We broke ground several weeks ago on this 13 Unit Town Home and Mixed Use Development including retail, 20 rental apartments  and 13 Town Homes.

All 13 foundations for the homes are complete.  The builder is now installing the footings for the commercial building.

All foundations are not officially complete and the builder will finish pouring the slabs this week.
