Update on 285 7th St

July 19, 2019

The permit for 285 7th St was picked up June 27th.  Our subcontractors start date on the job will be August 1st.  

 

June 18, 2019

We received the permit approval on April 19th for 285 7th Street job.    Once we have the fence permit we will attempt to pick up the building permit soon after.

 

May 2, 2019

We finished our pre-filing sprinkler application and have it fully submitted for review.
