Update on 1200 Palm Trail (915 Bond Way)

For the property 915 Bond Way the cabinets, hardwood, and tile is now complete. Final plumbing and final electrical is about to begin.
This project is now in final stage, FINISHING AND GOING UP FOR SALE FULLY STAGED WITH FURNITURE FOR KEY SEASON STARTING OCT 1!

We are excited to report to our equity partners that our joint investment project located at 915 Bond Way in the Palm Trail District of Delray Beach, FL has been increasing in value as forecasted.
This project is now in final stage finishing and going up for sale fully staged with furniture for key season starting October 1st!

On 1200 Palm Trail the stucco had been completed. Tile is in progress and hardwood floors are starting soon.
December 7, 2018
Our shell is 95% complete and we will be starting the interior walls very shortly as well as the exterior stucco work. We have also begun working on the brochures for sale and all other marketing material. All listings, as well as all other materials will be attached with our next update.
We are now officially done on the 2nd floor walls of the shell and are progressing nicely. We will come to market when the new season hits this November 2018:
