3011st Ave is going for a density upgrade to up to DOUBLE the number of Apartments we get from 45 to 90 due to the newly passed Transit Oriented Density Zone voted in for Delray Beach. We are near the new train station slated to go in by 2023 and hence the density of use being considered

Buyout process is on-hold until further instructions to continue with the move to 90 units.

301 SE 1st Ave now has 100% completed Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing plans completed and submitted to the City of Delray.

Permit set on schedule for 9/28/18 completion and subsequent submission for building permits.
