Update on The Metro at 52nd

The Metro at 52nd is in the  latter stages of the redevelopment agreement for zoning.

Once we get the zoning approval with the city we than submit to the planning board. 

This is a large project 2 towers of 156 to 162 apartments each, 14 stories.

We believe in principle 80 percent of the redevelopment approval is in place and support is strong/ agreed to, we are on the final details. 

We  estimate approvals  to finished around the first part of 2020.
