The entry gate is being delivered and installed in the next 3 weeks that will be a catalyst for sale of these units.

Blackhorse Alley is moving nicely.
The Builder is now installing the metal façade after the brick and limestone are now complete.
The first phase of homes are sheetrocked and are starting trim and paint, while the remaining are working through the city inspection process.
They 2-3 weeks away from coming to market.
