Bank Supervised Construction
The banks on the project are intimately involved in supervising and controlling the quality of the build and phases of construction. There are absolutely no exceptions, no shortcuts and no points of failure in complete, professional, construction supervision. Four sets of weekly and monthly construction auditing personnel will supervise every step of the building process. Our hard hats, accompanied by an independent construction engineering and home inspection firm, city inspection team, and bank inspection team will supervise each phase of construction to make sure the building is up to code, all permits are in order, and before funding is released to the builder. If you purchase your property using our 100% financing model, your loaned money is kept at the bank and only released to the builder in small installments after installation and bank inspection. If you purchase your property in cash, you will ride upon the coattails of the rigorous NRIA inspections, city inspections, and bank inspections of the complex.
