Hoboken Mews continues its pre-development. We are currently on the 1st round of approvals by the redevelopment council. The approval to widen the street has been passed. This approval will allow ease of access for traffic passing through and around the Hoboken Mews complex. Now that this approval has been passed, we can better manipulate our architectural plans to account for the increased traffic and widened road. We now are requesting to add an additional floor to the Hoboken Mews.

Once we receive approval, we will enter into our Redevelopment Agreement and architectural planning. We already have a team hard at work developing conceptual construction documents. These documents include the Hoboken Mew’s concept site and building plans. Once our plans are approved, we can progress. Our target date for our redevelopment site plan approval is October 2021. Pending approval, we will enter into the pre-production cycle for Hoboken Mews.

We are building Hoboken Mews during a period of high-demand in supply constrained locations, particularly in Hoboken. Buyers want to take advantage of all-time-low interest rates. We firmly believe that Hoboken will continue to net former New York City residents – specifically, from Manhattan – as we begin to develop as a post-pandemic nation. The Gold Coast will become high-demand real estate, but there’s limited supply. NRIA will help create more supply.

When Hoboken Mews hits the market, we foresee that the potential home buyers will flock to the Mews.
