The Bergenline Station is advancing on-schedule toward its completion. Steel framing is completed on the 8th floor. We have also installed fire stopping material all along the 7th and 8th floors, just above the ceiling and shaft walls. This will be instrumental in maintaining the building’s integrity following any extreme source of heat.

Already, this apartment complex has ascended to its peak during vertical construction. Now all it needs is a roof. The roof slab will be poured during August. This will be done prior to September, when our roofer will be mobilizing to top off the Station. From there, we will begin to develop parapet fabrication in order to keep the exterior of the building looking beautiful to all passersby.

The roofer’s mobilization follows a similar mobilization by the plumber and drilling teams, who last month ran electric cable throughout the electrical mains on the structured floors. Optimum and Altice have begun rough wiring on the building.

We remain firmly on-schedule for The Bergenline Station. This 97-unit building is being built across from the Bergenline Light Rail Station. Upon opening its doors to tenants, The Station, we expect, will be celebrated for being built within proximity to systems of public transport, local shops and restaurants, and the New York City harbor.

TCO's/CO's are targeted for early 2Q 2022.
