The Gulf Stream Views remains a site of activity. 10 of its 14 townhome units are now under contract – totaling 71% of the luxury property. From the deep expanse of the housing market, the property has achieved over $22M in gross sales. This follows the May 20th Grand Opening Event for the Gulf Stream Views. The event welcomed 75 guests, allowing them to tour the townhomes and local property. The Grand Opening proved to be a complete success.

At the same time, work on the townhomes continues. Tile and wood floors are being installed in Building #4. Air conditioning is up and running in Building #3, with Building #4 being set up by next week. Stair dreads and railings are being installed in Buildings #2 and #5. Cabinets, vanities, and appliances are being installed and should be fully applied by the end of the month. Countertops, plumbing fixtures, and shower enclosures are being installed as well. The project targets to secure TCOs and COs over the next few months. Once we have these documents in hand, we will then be able to close contract on these townhomes. 

In addition, NRIA recently contributed a donation to a fund started by the Delray Police that purchased an ice cream truck for the town of Delray Beach. NRIA does not simply develop and walk away. We believe strongly in giving back to the community. The purchasing of this ice cream truck is just one small way we have contributed to the Delray Beach community.
